Our supplier wants to shorten the notice period in the new contract to one month. Is that allowed?

Your AI colleague

Your procurement policy requires a minimum notice period of three months for critical suppliers. This supplier is classified as critical, so one month deviates from that. I have flagged the contract and prepared a review task for the contract owner.

What we do

Three services. One journey.

We don’t deliver loose tools but a working AI colleague, in three steps, in this order.

01
01Knowledge extraction

Tacit knowledge, made explicit.

Your organization’s real knowledge lives in the heads of your best professionals: experience they apply every day without thinking about it. In short working sessions we turn that implicit knowledge into explicit knowledge.

Result

A validated knowledge base for your AI colleague.

What happens

01

Working sessions

Short sessions with the professionals who do the work every day.

02

Written down

What they take for granted goes on paper, in language someone else can read back.

03

Validated by your experts

Your own professionals review what has been captured before it enters the knowledge base.

02
02Your AI colleague, configured

Configure, don’t build.

On our platform we use that knowledge to configure an AI colleague: specialized for the role and aligned with how your organization works.

Result

Access to your own environment, without a development project.

What happens

01

Specialized for the role

Not a general-purpose chatbot, but a colleague that knows one profession.

02

Aligned with your organization

Your policies, your documents and your way of working are the starting point.

03

The platform already exists

Which is why this is configuration work and not a development project.

03
03AI literacy & adoption

A colleague nobody uses is not a colleague.

We train your employees to work with AI responsibly and effectively. And learning doesn’t stop there.

Result

A team that actually uses it.

What happens

01

Training

Working with AI responsibly and effectively, for the people who will do it.

02

And then it continues

The platform supports your people on the job, while they work.

03

Until it is simply normal

The goal is not a successful pilot, but a team that actually uses it.

Available separately

Advisory & AI policy. Also without the rest.

We advise organizations on responsible AI use, from strategic choices to the requirements of the European AI Act. Most requested: a clear AI policy, drafted together with your board and professionals. Combined with our AI literacy training, you demonstrably have the foundation of the AI Act in order.

Result

An adopted AI policy that lets your organization work with AI responsibly, and demonstrably.

Which applications do you allow, under which conditions, and who oversees what? That is the conversation we have at the table with your board and your professionals.

What happens

01

With your own people

Drafted in working sessions with your board and professionals, tailored to your sector and your practice.

02

Vendor-neutral

A framework for all AI use in your organization, not just for our products.

03

Optionally a living document

With version control and periodic review, so the policy evolves with your organization and the regulation.

The PrudAI platform

One chat for your entire organization.

Our vision: work with all of your organization’s knowledge and systems from a single conversation. Start with one role and expand step by step, because new roles and specializations fit on the same platform.

Proven AI colleagues as a starting point

And beyond these: any other role in your organization, configured on the same platform.

All AI products

Frequently asked questions.

Do we have to pick a product first?

No. We start with the role and the knowledge that belongs to it, not with a product. LEO, VERA, ZIA, BEVER, IRMA and ORDO are proven starting points, but the platform can support virtually any role.

Are you building something new for us?

No: configure, don’t build. The platform already exists; we use your knowledge to configure an AI colleague on it. You get access to your own environment, without a development project.

Can we take just the AI policy?

Yes. Advisory and AI policy deliberately sit outside the journey and are available as a standalone service — vendor-neutral, so a framework for all AI use in your organization and not just for our products.

Who supplies the knowledge?

Your own professionals. In short working sessions we capture what they know and write it down; your own experts validate it before it enters the knowledge base.

Where do the answers come from?

From your policies, your documents and laws and regulations. Every answer is traceable to its source, so your people can check where it came from.

How does this help with the AI Act?

Our AI literacy training, combined with an adopted AI policy, gives you the foundation of the European AI Act demonstrably in order.

Which role in your organization deserves the first AI colleague?

That is the conversation we like most: one role, your own knowledge, and a colleague that knows that profession.
