How the training works

Not a lecture, but practice.

Vendor-neutral and without a sales pitch. We train on the tools you already use or are about to: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or our own products if you have them.

  1. 01

    In-house, usually two sessions

At your office, with your own team, tailored to the work your people do.

  2. 02

    Practice with your own documents

Participants work with their own anonymized documents, in exercises at three levels. Those just starting out and those who use AI every day both get something out of it.

  3. 03

    What is possible now

Current developments, such as agents and the latest models, translated to your profession.

  4. 04

    Where it goes wrong

The well-known pitfalls of working with AI, and how to avoid them with today’s tools.

  5. 05

    Checking what sticks

A short quiz or an exit ticket at the end of the session.

  6. 06

    Something to take away

A one-page prompt card, and afterwards a report, a handout and homework.

Art. 4Why now

AI literacy is in the AI Act.

Article 4 of the European AI Act asks organizations that deploy AI to take measures that support the development of AI literacy among their people. Even if your people “only” use Copilot or ChatGPT.

Since 27 July 2026 (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744) the text states explicitly that you do not have to guarantee a particular level of AI literacy for each person. A training is one such measure. The report and the certificates of attendance show that you are working on it.

Advisory & AI policy

Frequently asked questions.

What does Article 4 of the AI Act require?

That organizations deploying AI take measures to support the development of AI literacy among their people. Since the amendment by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since 27 July 2026, the text states explicitly that you do not have to guarantee a particular level for each person. A training is one such measure.

Is the training vendor-neutral?

Yes. We train on the tools your people already use or are about to, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT. Our own products only come up if you have them.

How long does the training take, and where?

Usually two sessions, at your office and with your own team. We tailor the programme to the work your people do beforehand.

Does the training count towards CPD?

You receive a certificate of attendance with the net hours and the programme, which you can submit yourself. With the Dutch Bar (NOvA), the NOB and the NBA, participants register their own training. The subject is practice management, not legal or tax content; whether and how it counts is for the professional to judge.

What does the training cost?

Pricing is on request. We first tailor the training to your team and your work; you then receive a proposal.

What should your team be able to do with AI?

In an introductory conversation we tailor the training to your people, your work and your tools. Pricing on request.
