Figures and context

The ledger says what. Your agreements say why.

MAIA connects the figures in your books to the agreements that decide what those figures mean: contracts, collective agreements and financing terms.

Why is the margin on product group B falling? — MAIA: Revenue is flat, but the volume discount for your largest customer applies above the agreed tier — and that tier was passed in August.

Daily check

Every working day, before you start.

MAIA reviews new postings and lists what deviates. Whoever is responsible gets a message in the morning; every finding links to the underlying entry.

MAIA proposes a correction; only after a person approves does it become a new memorial posting. Writing back is off by default.

People

MAIA counts. You decide.

Decisions are made on the shop floor, in the warehouse and at the board table. MAIA takes over the searching and counting; the judgement stays with the people who know your business.

Frequently asked questions.

Which packages does MAIA work with?

MAIA connects with Exact Online, AFAS and Moneybird. Contracts, collective agreements and terms are added as documents; optionally MAIA also sets your figures against laws and regulations.

Can MAIA change anything in my books?

Only if you want it to. MAIA proposes corrections; only after an employee approves does it become a new memorial posting. Existing postings are never changed, and writing back is off by default.

How current are the answers?

As current as your books. With every answer based on figures, MAIA states up to which date postings have been processed, per company.

Where is my data stored?

Customer data is stored on our own servers in EU data centres, separated per organisation. For AI processing we work with selected sub-processors; they are listed in the Trust Center, the agreements in the Legal Center.

What do you want to know tomorrow that you can't see today?

Tell us. We will show you how MAIA gets it from your own figures and agreements.
