PrudAI Docs
This is our own product documentation: the public manual for the PrudAI platform, written for the people who use it. It describes the six personas — LEO, LEO Fiscaal, ZIA, VERA, BEVER and IRMA — and the two administration dashboards, the Account Dashboard and the RAG Dashboard. It is available in Dutch and English and is consulted by every product, so that a question about how the platform works is answered from the published text rather than from memory.

What this source does not give you
This is product documentation, not a legal source: it contains no legislation, case law or policy, and nothing from it can serve as legal grounding. It also describes the platform's general set-up, not your organisation's configuration — which products, sources and features are open to you depends on your own settings and permissions. It contains no customer or case data.
Frequently asked questions
- What does the documentation contain?
- How the application works: signing in, settings, notifications and knowledge sources; chat and output, reliable answers, the prompt library and exports; documents and translation; projects, tasks, timeline and the SharePoint link; the Microsoft Office add-ins; the administrator tools; and a changelog with the changes per release.
- Do I need an account to read the documentation?
- No. The documentation is public at docs.prudai.com and readable without signing in. The application itself is not; it requires an account and the corresponding permissions.
- Why do all products consult the same documentation?
- Because beneath the personas the platform is one product. A question like 'how do I switch on a knowledge source' or 'how does export work' has the same answer in LEO, ZIA, VERA, BEVER and IRMA. A single shared documentation source keeps each product from developing its own diverging explanation.
- Does it describe my own organisation's set-up?
- No. The documentation describes features as the platform offers them. Which products your organisation has, which sources are enabled and what permissions you hold are configured per environment and visible in the application, not in the documentation.
